MrCine is a digital platform that offers personalized movie recommendations powered by artificial intelligence, interactive quizzes, and a gamified movie discovery system. Our services include the Oracle (AI recommendation), Movie Quiz, public profiles, and a level and achievement system.
We do not host, stream, or distribute audiovisual content. We are a discovery and curation tool.
To use full MrCine features, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Accounts created by users under 13 will be suspended.
MrCine offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of subscription. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, except as required by law.
MrCine's Oracle uses artificial intelligence to generate movie recommendations based on your preferences, mood, and context. Recommendations are suggestions and do not guarantee satisfaction.
Our AI is trained on public movie data. We do not use your personal interactions to train third-party models without explicit consent. The Oracle may occasionally generate inaccurate recommendations — use your own judgment.
The Movie Quiz is an interactive game that tests your movie knowledge. Scores and rankings may be displayed publicly on your profile. You can choose to make your profile private in settings.
We do not tolerate cheating or use of bots to manipulate scores. Accounts identified in fraudulent activities will be suspended.
MrCine is provided "as is," without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for:
• Decisions made based on Oracle recommendations
• Temporary service unavailability
• Data loss due to events beyond our control
• Content of external links mentioned in recommendations
Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 15 days in advance.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You can cancel your account at any time in profile settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, allowing account reactivation.
Refunds for annual subscriptions can be requested within 7 days of the charge. After this period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at suporte@mrcine.pro.
